How many visitors can it handle at once?
No limit. ChatME scales automatically, so it doesn't matter whether you have 1 or 1,000 people chatting at the same time. Each conversation is independent, so no one waits in line.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The widget automatically adapts to full screen on mobile devices so the conversation feels comfortable on any screen size.
Is it compatible with my website platform?
If your platform lets you add a JavaScript snippet or an iframe (almost all of them do), ChatME works. You'll find the detailed list by platform in Install the widget on your site.
How many languages does it respond in?
It automatically detects and responds in 260 languages: it's a multilingual agent out of the box. This feature is included in every plan, at no extra cost.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All communication travels over HTTPS and data is stored encrypted at rest (Supabase, EU-based servers). We don't use your conversations to train models, we're GDPR compliant, and we have a signed DPA (data processing agreement) available on request.
Can I delete my conversations?
Yes. In the Conversations section you can select the ones you want and click "Delete selected". If you need a full account wipe, cancel your subscription and write to us so we can handle it.
Can I have multiple chatbots?
For now each account includes one chatbot per user. If you run several businesses and need more, get in touch: we have a partner/agency plan in development.
How much does it cost?
The Basic plan is €49/month and the Pro plan is €79/month, both with a 14-day free trial. You can see all the details on Pricing.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is configured from the dashboard, and installation is just pasting a single line of code into your site. If you can copy and paste, you can install ChatME.
How long does it take to get up and running?
About 10 minutes: create the chatbot, add your website or documents as a knowledge source, and paste the snippet. You'll find the step-by-step in Getting started.
