No. The connection is strictly read-only: it looks up status and tracking, nothing else. Changes, cancellations and returns keep going through your usual channels.
Every lookup requires three matching details at once (order, email, last name), verified on our server. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, data is processed in the EU and we are GDPR compliant.
The chatbot handles it gracefully: it apologises, suggests retrying in a few minutes and offers your business contact. It never makes up order data.
