How it works
Connect Let's Book with your API key
In your Let's Book dashboard (Integrations) you create an API key and paste it into your ChatME dashboard. No coding, nothing else to touch.
The assistant checks and books
Live availability by dock and boat model. It sends the link to your Let's Book booking form, already filled in, or creates the booking in your Let's Book. The customer always pays through Let's Book (iDEAL, card…).
Your customers self-serve
Verified with their booking reference and email, customers can check their booking, request changes and — if you allow it — move or cancel it within your policy.
What it does with Let's Book
Live availability, not "we'll call you back"
Before answering it checks Let's Book by dock, boat model and time slot. If that slot is taken, it offers the closest alternative.
Payment always happens in Let's Book
By default the customer books and pays on your own Let's Book form, through the link the assistant sends. If you prefer the assistant to book, the booking stays awaiting payment until it is paid through Let's Book's link or your team's payment request. Money, deposits, waivers and fees stay where they are: ChatME never takes payment.
Your fleet and your prices, nothing made up
Boat models, capacities, photos and extras sync from Let's Book. Indicative prices come from your own price list in ChatME; the exact amount is set by Let's Book.
Customers who help themselves
Check their booking, time, dock or outstanding balance. Move or cancel within your policy; if something is not allowed, the assistant notes the request on the booking and lets you know.
On duty 24/7 in the tourist's language
German, English, French, Dutch… the assistant replies in the language the visitor writes in — 60+ languages — at any hour, on your website, WhatsApp and Instagram.
Let's Book leads; ChatME keeps a copy
Your data lives in Let's Book. Your ChatME dashboard keeps a record of every booking the assistant started, and of each one paid, expired or changed, so you can check without leaving.
Let's Book bookings from wherever they write to you
Website, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or a direct link: the assistant checks live availability, sends the booking link and handles changes on whichever channel the tourist uses.
One knowledge base, one setup: train it once and it does the same job on all six. WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are available from the Pro plan.

What boat-rental operators ask
It depends on the mode you choose. In the default one, nothing: the assistant sends the customer the link to your Let's Book form with boat, day, time, duration and party size already filled in, and the customer books and pays there. If you prefer the assistant to book, it creates a new customer if none exists (matched by email so nothing is duplicated) and the booking with dock, boat model, date and time slot, in one of two ways: as a hold, which expires on its own if nobody pays in time, or confirmed and unpaid, which blocks the boat, never expires, and your team sends the payment request from Let's Book.
You on the water. Your assistant on duty.
