The AI chatbot for GoDaddy that acts
Add an assistant that answers and acts to your GoDaddy site. How you install it depends on whether you use Managed WordPress or the Websites + Marketing builder.
How to add ChatME to GoDaddy
4 steps · a few minutes · no coding
Before you start: GoDaddy’s Websites + Marketing builder doesn’t allow <head> scripts. If you use GoDaddy with Managed WordPress, follow the WordPress method. On the basic builder, the recommended path is sharing your hosted chat page (direct link) or QR.
- 1
WordPress or GoDaddy builder?
If your site is Managed WordPress on GoDaddy, use the WordPress method (header plugin). If it’s the Websites + Marketing builder, follow these steps.
- 2
Get your direct link
In ChatME, on “Website”, copy your hosted chat link from the “Your customer link” card (or download the QR).
- 3
Add a button on your site
In the GoDaddy editor, add a “Chat with us” button linking to that URL (opens in a new tab).
- 4
Publish
Publish your site. Your visitors open the assistant with one click.
The widget on GoDaddy is only the first of six
The same assistant, trained once, also answers on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and behind a direct link for anyone who finds you outside your site.
One knowledge base, one setup: train it once and it does the same job on all six. WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are available from the Pro plan.
Not a chat that only replies
It acts, not just answers
Books appointments, captures leads, checks orders and notifies your team. Not a chat that only replies.
Answers in 60+ languages
It detects each visitor’s language and replies in kind — 60+ languages, no setup, on every plan.
Intuitive dashboard
Leads, top questions, languages and devices: organized, readable and exportable. No BI degree needed.
Ready in 10 minutes
Train it on your site and documents, paste one snippet, and it’s live. No coding.
ChatME on GoDaddy
GoDaddy’s Websites + Marketing builder doesn’t allow custom <head> scripts, so a floating widget can’t be installed there. The direct link is the honest alternative.
