Before you start: Google Sites doesn’t allow <head> scripts (only isolated “Embed” blocks with strict CSP), so the floating widget won’t work there. The recommended path is your hosted chat page (direct link), linked with a button.
In ChatME, under “Install & share”, copy your hosted chat link (or QR).
In the editor, use Insert → Button, with the text “Chat with us” and that URL.
With Insert → Embed → “By URL” you can embed the chat page inside a section.
Click Publish. Your visitors open the assistant with one click.
