Your Webflow site, with an assistant that answers and acts. Added in the project Custom Code and published with one click.

How to add ChatME to Webflow

5 steps · a few minutes · no coding

Before you start: To publish custom code you need a paid Webflow Site plan; on the free workspace custom code isn’t published. The assistant won’t interfere with your interactions or animations.

  1. 1

    Copy your install snippet

In ChatME, open “Install & share” and copy your assistant’s snippet.

  2. 2

    Open the project Custom Code

In Webflow, go to Project Settings → Custom Code.

  3. 3

Paste the snippet into Head Code

Paste the code into the “Head Code” field (before </head>).

  4. 4

    Save and publish

Save your changes and click Publish to apply the code to your domain.

  5. 5

    Open your site and check

Reload your page. The assistant button appears at the bottom-right. If not, clear the cache and try again.

Not a chat that only replies

01

It acts, not just answers

Books appointments, captures leads, checks orders and notifies your team. Not a chat that only replies.

02

Answers in 260 languages

It detects each visitor’s language and replies in kind — 260 languages, no setup, on every plan.

03

Intuitive dashboard

Leads, top questions, languages and devices: organized, readable and exportable. No BI degree needed.

04

Ready in 10 minutes

Train it on your site and documents, paste one snippet, and it’s live. No coding.

ChatME on Webflow

We recommend Head Code. Footer Code also works; either way the assistant loads across the whole site.
