The AI Voice Agent (demo)

The AI Voice Agent is, for now, a demo: you can talk to it from your browser and hear how it handles a call, but it isn't something you can switch on in ChatME yet. Here's what it is, how to try it and how to tell us you're interested.

What the voice agent is

An AI voice agent answers phone calls speaking naturally, instead of voicemail or a "press 1" menu. At ChatME it's a demo: it isn't part of any plan, it doesn't connect to your phone number or your dashboard, and it has no price.

What ChatME offers today is your written assistant: it answers on your website and by direct link on every plan, and on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram from the Pro plan.

Try it live

You can talk to the agent right now, from your browser:

1. Open the Voice agent page.
2. Pick an example business — General receptionist, Clinic / practice or Restaurant.
3. Tap Talk and allow the microphone when your browser asks.
4. Speak naturally. These are example businesses so you can hear how it sounds and responds; it doesn't know your business or your data.

The call happens in your browser, so you only need a microphone. Use headphones if you can, to avoid echo.

If you'd want it for your business, tell us in one of two ways:

• From your dashboard: go to Channels → Voice agent and fill in the form.
• From the website: on the Voice agent page, fill in the form at the bottom.

We'll reply by email. It isn't a purchase and doesn't commit you to anything.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch it on for my business? Not yet. It's a demo: it isn't part of any ChatME plan. If you're interested, leave your details in the form and we'll write to you.

Does it work with my phone number? No. The demo runs in your browser and doesn't connect to any number.

How much does it cost? It has no price because it isn't for sale.

Does it replace my assistant? No. Your assistant answers in writing on your website and your messaging channels; the voice agent is only a demo.
