The AI Voice Agent is an assistant that answers your business phone in a natural voice: it books appointments, answers questions and captures customers, 24/7. It's in beta and we set it up with you. Here's what it is, how to try it and how to request access.

What the voice agent is

It's like having someone at the front desk who never hangs up. It answers your customers' calls, replies to common questions (hours, prices, location), books appointments or reservations and captures each caller's details — including after hours and when all your lines are busy. It's not a "press 1" menu: it talks naturally and in several languages.

Try it live

You can talk to the agent right now, from your browser:

  1. Open the Voice agent page.
  2. Pick a scenario — General reception, Clinic or Restaurant.
  3. Tap Talk and allow the microphone when your browser asks.
  4. Speak naturally. These are generic examples so you can hear how it sounds and responds.

The call happens in your browser, so you only need a microphone. Use headphones if you can, to avoid echo.

How to request access

As it's in beta, we set it up with you using your business information. There are two ways to request it:

  • From your dashboard: go to Integrations → Voice agent and fill in the "Request access" form.
  • From the website: on the Voice agent page, fill in the form at the bottom.

We'll get in touch by email to set up your agent and give you beta access.

What it can do

  • Capture and qualify new customers.
  • Hand the call to a person when needed.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with my phone number? Yes, that's the idea: the agent connects to a number to answer your calls. During the beta we set it up with you.

What languages does it speak? It detects and replies in several languages automatically, including English and Spanish. In the demo you can try speaking to it in different languages.

How much does it cost? We're defining the plans during the beta. Request access and we'll walk you through the conditions, no commitment.

Does it replace my chatbot? No, it complements it. The chatbot handles text on your website and social profiles; the voice agent handles the phone. Together they cover every channel your customers reach you on.
