Agency dashboard: manage your customers' chatbots

If you manage several businesses, ChatME gives you agency access: a list of your customers and each one's dashboard, without seeing their billing.

If you manage the assistants of several businesses, ChatME can give you agency access: a single account from which you see the customers assigned to you and open each one's dashboard to configure it. This guide explains how you get it, what you see and what you can do.

How it is activated

Agency access is created by the ChatME team: it cannot be requested from the dashboard or signed up for. Write to info@chatme.es with your agency's name, the emails of the people who will use it, and the businesses you manage. We create the agency, invite your users and assign the customers.

Each user receives an email with a link that signs them in once and takes them to set a password. From then on they log in at app.chatme.es with their email and password, like any other user.

What you see when you log in

You land on Your customers: a list of every business assigned to your agency with its health at a glance — plan and subscription status, how many chatbots it has, conversations in the last 30 days, last activity, and connected channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Let's Book, Restoo…).

You only see the customers ChatME has assigned to your agency. If you expected to see a business and it is missing, ask us to assign it.

Opening a customer's dashboard

Click Open dashboard on any row. You enter that customer's dashboard exactly as they see it: knowledge, behaviour, appearance, forms, channels and integrations. Everything you change is saved in their account, just as if the business had done it.

While you are inside, a bar at the top reminds you which customer you are in and from which agency. Back to my customers leaves the dashboard and returns you to the list. Open as many customers as you need, one after the other.

What agency access does not do

  • It does not see the customer's billing. Plan, invoices and payment method are between the business and ChatME; that section is not in the menu when you enter as an agency.
  • It does not see other businesses. Neither other agencies' nor those not assigned to you.
  • It does not create new customers for now: businesses sign up to ChatME as usual and we assign them to your agency.
  • It does not receive the customer's alerts. Form submissions, bookings and the weekly report keep going to the notification email the business has configured.

Several people in the same agency

An agency can have several users; they all see the same customers and can do the same things. To add or remove someone, write to us. Every time a dashboard is opened it is logged (who, which customer, when), and ChatME can look it up if a business asks.
